Can I require a credit card on file for booking?+
Yes. You can require either a full deposit or a card hold before an appointment is confirmed, and charge automatically for no-shows based on your policy.
Can I collect an intake form before the session?+
Yes. Custom intake fields can be required on the booking form, and the responses appear on the appointment detail.
How does it handle 90-minute sessions?+
Services have configurable durations and buffer times, so 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min sessions sit side-by-side without conflicts.
Is Schedl HIPAA-compliant?+
Schedl is secure and privacy-conscious, but we do not currently sign a BAA. If your practice requires HIPAA compliance for medical intake, we'll let you know when that becomes available.
