  • Booking details such as client name, phone number, email address, selected service, professional, requested time, and optional notes.
  • Communication preferences, opt-in choices, opt-out events, and delivery records for transactional email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Subscription and payment status supplied by Stripe. Schedl does not store full payment-card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to provide booking and workspace features, deliver transactional appointment messages chosen by the user, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve service reliability. We also use website analytics to understand navigation, registrations, and checkout starts. Schedl does not treat transactional messaging consent as consent to receive marketing messages.

Service providers and sharing

Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, including with hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for billing, ZeptoMail for email, Twilio for SMS, Infobip for WhatsApp, and Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for website measurement. A workspace business can access the booking records submitted to its booking page. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Retention and choices

Workspace businesses control their client and appointment records. Schedl retains records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. You can reply STOP to an SMS to opt out, use available booking controls, contact the business that collected your booking, or email us about a privacy request. We may need to verify the request or direct it to the relevant workspace business.

Security and updates

Schedl uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will publish the updated date on this page.
