Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Schedl and the booking pages created by businesses using Schedl.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Operator and contact
Schedl is operated by Z MARIN, OBRT ZA USLUGE, VL. ZVONIMIR MARIN, Croatia. Contact: hello@schedl.app.
Using Schedl
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use Schedl lawfully. Businesses are responsible for the services they advertise, their schedules, client relationships, booking decisions, and compliance obligations. A public booking submission can remain a request until the business approves it; submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
Subscriptions and third-party services
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and follow the price, billing period, trial, renewal, cancellation, and tax information shown during checkout. Schedl also depends on third-party hosting, email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers. Their availability and delivery can affect related features.
Transactional messaging
Schedl sends appointment-related email, SMS, or WhatsApp only through configured channels and applicable consent controls. Businesses must not use transactional messaging features for unsolicited marketing. SMS consent is not a condition of booking, and recipients can opt out as described in the SMS Consent Terms.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe accounts or booking tokens, interfere with availability, upload unlawful content, or use Schedl to violate another person's rights. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment, or prevent abuse. Service interruptions and message-delivery delays can occur.
Changes
We may update these terms as Schedl changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from their stated date.
